Piccolo Restaurant, Minneapolis
When Anthony Bourdain visits a place or restaurant I always take note. So when this New Yorker found herself booked to go to Minneapolis I knew I had to visit Piccolo…. and of course Anthony was right again. The chef, Doug Flicker, did not disappoint with his interestingly displayed dishes full of fresh seasonal ingredients. If I ever return to Minneapolis I would definitely do so just to visit Piccolo again!
